Welcome to PULSE Mediation and Arbitration Specialists!

The Association of PULSE Practitioners was born out of the Afadjato Declaration, a historic event initiated by the PEM.ADR Cohort of 2022. Driven by a shared vision and a deep commitment to excellence in dispute resolution, our members came together to create an inclusive platform where experiences are shared, togetherness is promoted, and the use of the PULSE Conversation Frame is improved and advocated.
