Kofi Anokye Owusu-Darko holds a DBA in Leadership & Organisational Change. He is a Chartered Banker, a Chartered Professional Administrator, a licensed Management Consultant, a Registered Organization Development (OD) Practitioner. He also holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of laws (LLB) and a Master of laws (LLM).

As a qualified OD practitioner, Kofi conducts organization assessments leading to diagnosis of culture, team effectiveness and organisational effectiveness as well as dynamic team- building, strategic and action planning, culture realignment and various OD interventions. He facilitates corporate development programmes for the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

As a Chartered Banker, with a banking career spanning over 30 years, having worked with several financial institutions in leadership and senior management positions as Senior Vice President (Operations & Consumer banking), Director (Retail banking), Head of Audit & Internal Control, Head of Risk Management & Compliance and Chief Operating Officer.

In public service, Kofi Anokye was the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA). He was also appointed by the President of the Republic of Ghana, as a Commissioner to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into matters relating to the participation of the Black Stars team in the World Cup tournament in Brazil in 2014. As a football administrator, Kofi was a management member of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club won the 2006/2007 Premier League in charge of player welfare of the senior side and chairman of Auroras, the youth wing of the club.

He is currently a National Council Member of Inclusion Ghana, a network organisation working to reduce stigmatization and ensure full inclusion of all persons with intellectual disability (PWIDDs) and their families by advocating for their rights and need.
